Відмінне розташування , особливо зручно , що в 5 хвилинах ходьби від вокзалу.
Хотілось би побажати власникам змінити постіль, виглядає так, що вона була в користуванні десяток років і навіть якщо вона була випрана, вона дуже стара. Подорожуючим потрібна свіжа постіль 🙌

I really loved these apartments! 🥰 Everything is beautiful, cozy, and stylish. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels, a stove, and other useful little things.
I was especially pleasantly surprised by the coffee for a good morning mood and even bottled water — these small details really made the stay even more enjoyable ❤️
The location is perfect! It is not far from the train station, and there are shops within walking distance, which is very convenient.
Check-in was also very easy thanks to the clear instructions. I definitely recommend this place! 10/10 ⭐️

Overall, I had a very good impression of the property. The room was clean and comfortable, the towels were fresh, and the balcony was a nice addition. I also appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. Everything was well presented and made for a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, the entrance to the property did not create a very good first impression, as it looked quite old and could be cleaner.
The check-in process was also challenging. Although I received an access code in advance, it did not work for any of the doors, so we had to wait outside until we were able to get in. Clearer instructions and a more reliable check-in process would make the experience much smoother.
Communication was another difficulty, as the property owner only spoke Polish. While this is completely understandable, it made it hard to resolve the issue. It would be helpful to provide clearer multilingual check-in instructions or use a translation-friendly communication method for international guests.
Overall, I believe that improving the entrance appearance and simplifying the check-in process would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Another point worth mentioning is that the room did not have a fan or air conditioning, so it became quite hot. We had to open the window to cool the room, but unfortunately, this let in a lot of mosquitoes, and we ended up being bitten during the night.
