Harbour Heights was a lovely condo with an awesome view of the beach. It had all the amenities for an enjoyable stay.
It was a very cozy venue and had everything we needed for a very pleasant visit.

The condo was perfect size for 2 couples or could work for a couple and children. Loved the access to the beach. Walking distance for restaurants, convenient store. We would definitely consider staying there again. Such a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman at Harbour Heights. Brian’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the water. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. Brian was quick to get back to me with any questions as well.

We had such a wonderful vacation at Harbour Heights 27. The location was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Our older teenage boys were able to easily walk down to all of the action at seven mile beach yet enjoy the quiet end of the beach with us. We were looking for rest and relaxation from our hectic lives and this location did not disappoint. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The office staff was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

We spent 10 days in Cayman with our 1.5 year old. This place was the perfect location and accommodation for our stay! Beautiful beach and heated pool right in the backyard! Beach/pool toys provided (in the upstairs closet) were an added convenience.

45 years later . . .
We returned to the island with family for the first time since our honeymoon 45 years ago. So happy we chose this condo in Harbour Heights. Super quiet, private beach, beautiful pool with security on the grounds. Really enjoyed the shaded gazebos - always one available and large enough for 6 of us. This unit has everything you need with cozy and beautiful decor. Owner Brian was very responsive to a maintenance issue which was resolved as quickly as possible. The ocean was just as beautiful as we remembered it, and we would highly recommend this property for your next visit.

Sun, Sea and SCUBA
As Grand Cayman begins to re-open from Covid-19 travel restrictions, this is an excellent option on the quiet end of Seven Mile beach to absorb sun, swim in the sea and set off for SCUBA adventures.

Perfect Location on Seven Mile Beach
My family of four had a great week, despite the current world situation. Stephen & Niki’s condo is stocked with all the elements needed for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed meals in, took advantage of the supplied pool noodles & the great selection of DVD’s. The beach is just perfect. We hope to return in the future!

Great place to stay
Fantastic location! The property description is accurate and in great shape. It had everything we needed. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful. Our family enjoyed being steps to the beach. What a beautiful beach! We rented a car which came in handy for trips to the store and restaurants further away. We would definitely come back to SMB and this property. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Amazing property
This condo was very well appointed with all the necessities that one could need. It was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property was very well kept and there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I really enjoyed Edoardo’s and Coccoloba’s. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach was less than 50 steps away and the water was the most turquoise blue you could imagine. No need for water shoes here!! The Foster’s were warm and accessible hosts and were just a phone call away if needed. My husband and I really loved our stay and will definitely make this condo a favorite to return!!!

Great Seven Mike Beach Location
You know you picked a good VRBO when housekeeping tells you that the complex is one of the nicest properties on the beach.
The pool area was large enough for all guests and you didn’t feel cramped like you do at a major hotel. There were lots of chairs at the pool and on the beach and the chairs were comfortable.
The condo looked like the pictures. Downstairs was the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Upstairs were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and several spices were in the cabinets as prior guests paid it forward and left what they purchased.
The only minor issue we had was the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The bed was a memory foam and it was very stiff. We ended up sleeping in the other bedroom (which had four beds) as the room had a couple softer mattresses.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and the unit is a very strong contender for your next Grand Cayman stay.

Great location, condo, and amazing beach
We absolutely loved our time at this property. The condo is clean, open, and has everything you need. We loved having the porch to eat breakfast and see the water and look out at the stars at night. The complex is very nice, but casual enough that our kids had a blast playing at the pool and kicking a ball around the grassy areas. The beach is quiet and amazing. Loved having the security guard to make sure passersby didn't take beach chairs or come onto the property. Wish we could have convinced a rooster to quiet down a few times, but that's really our only complaint :)

Good location in the middle of 7-mile beach. The condo was in great shape and a good view of the ocean. The owners supplied anything you might need for a beach vacation. We would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Harbour Heights! From the amazing owners to the pristine condo on famous seven mile beach. There is so much to see and do but we opted to live on the beach. Breathtaking! Snorkeling was great and the water was so inviting. Safe place to stay Would recommend it highly!!

The condo felt like home for our family vacation. The property owners thought of every detail to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach is stunning and there are so many snorkeling and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation
This was the best family vacation that we have had. The condo was clean, in a great complex, and easily accessible for transportation. It has a great beach area and a nice pool. The owners are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They met us at the condo to check in and were able to answer any questions that we had. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was spacious very well supplied and beautifully decorated. The entire property is well maintained and the beach view is awesome. We enjoyed sitting on balcony in mornings with coffee and the beach and pool. Stephen and Niki Foster are wonderful hosts and take personal responsibility to make sure you have everything you need.

My family of 5 stayed here in August. Everything was great from booking the condo to the condo and property itself. We definitly liked the shade the trees and the beach pavillions provided. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The cruise ships would come in and the public beach would get somewhat crowded but didn't encroach on the HH beach so it wasn't an issue. The pool was very nice and the ping pong table even got some use. We rented a car from Andy's car rental at the begininning and end of the trip. Andy's is nice because it has two locations. At the airport and 7 mile beach which means we didnt need a taxi to and from airport. It also made it convienent to pick up groceries and do the other things that usually need to be done the first few days of vacation. Other than that you really don't need a car
We ate at Dukes which is right across the street and it was laid back and friendly.
We have been to the Caymans 4 times and HH was the best condo so far. We are definitely lookin to come back.

My wife and I have stayed in this condo for 8 days in June. Many, many thanks to Stephen! Prompt email communicatins, fair price, we loved dealing with you. Everything you'll find in the condo is as advertised on this page. The property manager Missy was very helpfull. My wife called it a best vaction ever. There were not many people this time of the year, the beach was perfect, weather was 50-50, some days with light rain, but we still walked the beach. Definitely recommend to rent a car (Stephen has a discounted price with local company ! Thanks!). We had it for the entire stay and drove to eat dinner in every restaurant recommended by Stephen. Loved it! Buy wine and other liquor at the condo's office - much cheaper. We definitely will coming back!

This condo was perfect for our family of five (three kids under 13). We were able to snorkel right off of the beach at the condo. Our kids loved the Turtle Farm. Don't miss the snorkel tour (boat ride) to Sting Ray City! Also, snorkeling at Cemetery Beach was great. You can walk across the street to a casual restaurant, or hop in the car for a short drive to many other restaurants. Our two favorites were Ragazzi and Agua.
The condo is clean, updated, has a balcony/porch that overlooks the ocean. We were very happy with our choice. Also, there was a cold bottle of wine in the fridge. Thanks!
