Located in Oxford, this attractive house for $316 per night is a great option for your next break. Please be aware that the property can sleep up to 6 individuals. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a sofa bed. We provide bedding, linen and towels for both of the double beds and single bed however do not provide this for the sofa bed. An elegant town house located in delightful Summertown situated in a prime but quiet residential street in the centre of Oxford within walking distance of all amenities, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Live like a local; this beautiful, trendy yet unique townhouse house is tucked away on a quiet side road nonetheless still in the heart of vibrant Summertown. The property is situated in an excellent location - only a 10 minute cycle/ bus journey into the historic Oxford city centre, there is easy access to the bus stop just a 2 minute walk away from the property, yet a plethora of shops, restaurants and cafes available right on your door step! The Oxford Parkway train station is also close by, providing easy access into London! All the amenities you require for a perfect memorable city break: King-size bed, Smart TV, beautifully decorated living space offering both luxury and comfort; producing the most relaxing way to delve into one of the worlds most famous cities. Ideal for all types of individuals wishing to visit Oxford. Located in the heart of Summertown. Home from home, when you enter through the front door you find the open plan living room and dining room with dual aspect French doors leading to the rear garden with a patio, the garden is perfect for enjoying a cold drink whilst basking in the summer sun reminiscing on the days earlier activities exploring the historic town of Oxford. The modern, recently refurbished kitchen is located to the right of the dining area looking over the South facing garden. Also on the ground floor you will find the downstairs WC, located in the hallway. On the first floor there is the master bedroom, a second double room and finally a single bedroom. In the lounge you will also find a king size sofa bed. There is also the main bathroom located upstairs. The house in total sleeps up to 7 individuals. Outside area & garden There is a spacious rear garden which is enclosed and safe for children under adult supervision. There is a lawn area surrounded by shrubs and plants. There is a paved patio area which sits a dining table and chairs for Al fresco dining. Parking There is a driveway at the side of the property big enough for two/three cars. Public car parks are nearby if additional car needed. There is also free on street parking available at specific times throughout the day. Important Information: This property is located within a noise sensitive area, the council along with the police patrol this area daily to monitor any excessive noise, especially between the hours of 10pm-8am, both inside the properties and in gardens. If excessive noise is reported or heard by the patrol officers, then they will fine all participants on the spot. Please be aware. We also do not accommodate for hen parties or stag do's so please do not enquire, thank you. Guest access Once a booking is confirmed we will send you details relating to your check in. Interaction with guests We are on hand throughout guests stay and provide an emergency out of hour's telephone number for your peace of mind. We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we are on hand and available when needed. Bookings over 10 days will receive a complimentary weekly linen change carried out by our housekeeping team, I will inform you of the scheduled day that this will take place. An additional housekeeping service can be arranged upon request (charged additionally) INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL FEE -Bed linen (sheets and towels). -WI-FI -Utility bills. -Weekly linen change when your stay is longer than 10 days. -Welcome pack comprising of sachets of milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, several dishwasher tablets, soaps, shampoo and conditioner.

The property was perfect for our group. Although there was a noise fine to be aware of this wasn’t an issue for us as we just made sure we were out of the house at 10. Although there is an issue with parking we quickly got it sorted out with property manager Flynn but do be aware that one of the 2 parking spots is in the garage.

I recently stayed here for a night away with my girlfriends. We used it as a base and went out for dinner and drinks in Oxford in the evening. The house had private parking and enough space for 2 cars; this is very handy, as the general area is mostly permit holders only and is very busy. The parking is not easy to manoeuvre in to due to busy road and very narrow driveway; just a heads up that you would struggle with a larger car/4x4. The house itself was very clean; the bedrooms especially were spotless and looked lovely on arrival. The house itself from the outside is quite run-down; the garden needs work, with a lot of upturned mud and flowers bed and an exposed shed full of rubbish. However, as mentioned, we were only using for a base, so this did not impact us. Just a heads up too that the house is in a noise-controlled area. This was advised to us prior to arrival and was also reiterated on signs inside the house, though I must be honest I didn’t spot this on the booking, so just to flag this in case you are looking for a party house, this isn’t it, as it is made explicitly clear that the police will come after 10pm if you make noise. This again wasn’t a problem for us as we got in late and didn’t really sit outside. There were 6 of us and using the pull-down bed in the lounge, this was plenty of room; having 2 toilets was very helpful for our group size. House is decorated nicely and as mentioned, inside it was clean and well looked after, so would happily book again for the right group and the right night away.
