Quiet street with private fully fenced backyard. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air/heating, fireplace, chef's kitchen, pool, outdoor seating, gas grill, bikes. World class seafood shop and bakery just minutes away. Downtown East Hampton & Bridgehampton 15 minute drive away. Renters must be over 25, no pets no smoking, minimum 1 week stay.

Being summer residents of Wainscott for over 30 years, we appreciate a perfect beach house when we see one. This cottage is a flawless gem. From the first second we walked into this home, we fell in love with it. Recently renovated, the interior is cozy, comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing. The place is also equipped with everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable vacation. As for the property, the landscaping and pool are gorgeous. Finally, and most importantly, the owners are gracious, lovely, and totally accommodating people. We are already planning our return visit for next summer! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!
