Excellent location if you like to avoid tourist traps. A quite apartment 5 min of walk from the village center. Car is a must; no problems with parking by the house. Nice black sand beach is 10 minutes by car - children's wave protected part is towards the right end and towards the left end there is a nudist area. There are a couple of small food stores in the village and a large Lidl supermarket 10 min way by car.

Beautiful views over the sea and mountains, including the volcano which erupted. Close to town centre, supermarkets and cafes. Basic supplies and a bottle of wine to welcome us when we arrived. Spacious living room and balcony, and excellent television with lots of choice. Always room to park outside, though there was a space in the garage (awkward to get into) if needed. I failed to pick up a WhatsApp message from our host at the airport, and arrived half an hour later than expected. He was waiting patiently for us, and gave us a good introduction to the apartment.

Kitchen equipment a bit limited. We could not get the stove to work, though we could have phoned for help. A bit of road noise in the daytime, and quite a lot of noise from neighbours, especially scraping chairs upstairs at 4 am!

One of my favorite areas on La Palma and I enjoyed the stay in this apartment. The area is quite, everything is very close and can easily be reached by foot. The hosts are super friendly, the WiFi is fast and there is even a desk for working and AC (in case you need it).

The neighbors are not the quietest, but that's unfortunately a constant topic when people live together and of course very subjective.
