Nice location. Convenient for walking and for Uber pick- ups. Nice breakfast place super close. the street was under major construction and closed during our stay so it was pretty quiet. This location will be loud with music when construction is complete as it is in the heart of bars.
Only request is towel bars and hooks. There is no place to put any towels in either bath.

Very nice and clean rental. Walk right out of the front door to all that Nashville has to offer. Bonus for location there is the Taco Bell Canteena two doors down for a late night sobering up snack. Lol

We were on a couples trip with friends. The location was perfect! Close to parking. Close to restaurants/bars. Less than a block to Broadway. Yet very little noise. The condo was very nice and clean. Only some seasonal dusting needed. Although we didn’t use it, I surveyed the kitchen contents for future reference and it had the basics. We only had 1 wash cloth, but the essentials closet had plenty. The mattress was more firm for our liking, but it was fine. Overall the condo was perfect for our short stay and we will look to stay here first on our next trip to Nashville.

The location of the property was excellent, as was the security system. On arrival the kitchen, bathrooms, and beds were clean and comfy. However, our greatest concerns were the lack of grab bars and safety mats in and around the step in tub/shower, which is a vary dangerous situation for older people. The floor rugs were stained and needed a good cleaning, the floors in the closets were dusty, and the bathroom sink and tub emptied slowly. There were two few hangers and no dresser in the second bedroom, and only one hand towel in each of the two bathrooms. Some attention to these details would make for a more pleasant stay. We loved Nashville!

Wonder was in a perfect location just around the corner from Broadway. There’s a Taco Bell cantina right next door that was so convenient for a late night snack!

This was a great place to stay in downtown Nashville so close to bars and restaurants. Felt very secure with the building being locked with multiple entry codes to get in. Very clean and plenty of space for 6 Adults. Definitely will choose this location on our next trip.

There was food next to the fridge on the floor so not sure how good it was mopped. Cool building and good location for walking. If you intend on cooking here you will have to be patient. Only 1 skillet to cook eggs and bacon etc. limited knives. That was the only thing disappointing. Sirens each night until 4 am or later but I guess you would expect that in a day own like this so be ready if you are a light sleeper. No noise machine or earplugs can drown that out. Quiet otherwise as far as outside noise. Car noise but we were surprised by the constant sirens. Beds were perfect for us.

Four friends enjoying a weekend on Honky Tonk row. Location was amazing! Loved the Taco Bell Cantina right next door for a late night snack! Will definitely stay here again.

Super location right off Broadway. Very secure building with access code for outside door, elevator and keypad entry into the apartment.
Very clean and spacious. All amenities right at our fingertips. There was access to extra toiletries as well as paper products. The Management Company was easy to communicate with.

All instructions were clear and so concise. The building and the unit were kept up very nicely. It was clean, modern and perfectly appointed. Being right around the corner from Broadway was great for our short stay. We hope to book it again soon!

This property made me look like a genius with my family! It is two blocks from Broadway and in the perfect location for everything that we wanted to do. We parked in the garage a block away and never had to go back and get our car for our entire stay. The apartment was spotless. We will definitely be back!

Easy check in.
Smelled of cigarette smoke some when we first checked in, shower curtain needed washing but all in all place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it was so close to Broadway

The property wasn't like the pictures. No windows except to look at another building. The pictures showed a city view. The trash was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. When I took the trash out all I could think about were rats. The alley for the trash was horrible. The elevator did not work for 2 days. We had one person that was not able to do stairs well and that was a very hard thing for her to do stairs. The code changed but I only got an email about it and had to make a call because I wasn't looking at emails. didn't get a text about it. Probably would not use this service again. extremely expensive for what we got.

Rated this a five star as this place was even nicer in person than shown online. Extremely clean and comfortable. Safe. Multiple parking areas within easy walking distance.

The place was clean, really cute, and relatively quiet for being so close to Broadway. It was well stocked and the check-in process was convenient and smooth. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location. We truly enjoyed our time in Nashville. The apartment provided all we needed. The cleanliness of our apartment was disappointing. Hair on bathroom floors. Stains on sheets and bedding and towels. Walls were filthy, coffee grounds all over trash can, dust bunnies on floor…. The apartment is white and unfortunately shows all dirt.

If you’re here to take in all the music and life of Nashville, you won’t find a better spot. If you’re hoping for sleep, do t stay anywhere near Broadway. This was the perfect amount of space for us four adults and was just steps from the first place you want to drop in and listen to music. Super close to Acme Which has great lunches and music, just a short walk to all the classics from Layla’s and Tootsie’s. Small issue checking in was quickly rectified as the code didn’t work at first but they are super responsive. All in all, would definitely book here again.

The unit was absolutely perfect. The only thing was it was missing a wine opener and paper towels when we arrived. We purchased a new wine opener for the unit.
