Very clean, spacious rooms. Bed had a fan which helped during the warm night although room was also air conditioned. 2 showers and toilets in the bedroom which was great, saving you walking down a hall in the middle of the night to find a toilet. Spacious lockers. Bar and cafe area were nice and the location had lots of cool bars and street food vendors. 5 min walk from Ostbanhof railway station, but a bit too far to walk to the centre of Munich.
Reservation system for beds was first come first served which meant you could be on the other side of the room from your allocated locker. Also meant that I was woken in the middle of the night by someone claiming that I'd taken their bed which was not a fun experience

I stayed in a 6 bed female dormitory room and everything was exceptionally clean and we had two toilet/bathroom so two people can use bathroom at the same time. Easy access to the room, and everything that is needed is there in the bed (lights, ac, charging ports, space to keep your bags, shoes) Overall I have no complaints

The rooms are clean and the building is modern. The bathroom was new and very clean, the bed as well and there was cleaning done every day. Although there was a heatwave outside, the room was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable and I honestly slept very well. I liked that we had a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can hang out and cook your own stuff, the atmosphere was very warm, friendly and safe. Also, there is a cafe/ bar downstairs so I could always go there to eat or have a drink. The hostel is located in a nice area close to the train station.
Check out is at 10:00 but the cleaning comes before that to check if you have already left. So every morning around 8 AM the cleaning would come and they would see that we are still in the room, getting ready etc. and then come back again at 9 AM and so on until check out time. Also once it was around 8 AM I was still in the room getting ready and they came to clean and I had to leave the shower wait on the hallway for 10-15 min until they cleaned. Also some more shelves in the room would have been nice.
