About this condo rental
Situated in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $165 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit. You will be very comfortable in our Simple but nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo with a golf theme. Our owners are golf enthusiast! We have a very comfortable King bed in the master with attached full bath with tub/shower and a Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin on Top (Bunk beds) also has a Smart TV. The common shared (2nd bathroom) is located right next to the second bedroom. We have a washer & dryer for those extended stays. Fully equipped kitchen includes a regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot & toaster. Enjoy our patio with the sounds of the lake and a peak view of the main channel. This condo is centrally located. It sits in the Heart of Osage Beach at the 20 1/2 MM near all the activities. Several championship golf courses are very near to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the new Trampoline Park are all within a few miles. May restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. Some are within walking distance. We have waterfront bars, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days & Redhead Yacht Club are within minutes. The complex offers 2 Pools. The point pool overlooks the lake at the waters edge and the 2nd pool is by the entrance across from our nice Sandy Beach Area. We have a one of a kind Sandy Beach that also has a play area for this kids. Come enjoy our condo! We supply the toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soaps, bath soaps and laundry soap. Just back your clothes and your favorite foods. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we have enjoyed preparing it for you! Welcome to the Lake! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *No use of fireplace *No Grills or Open flames (Includes candles) *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees. *Guest responsible for any damages they cause *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

The pool had no water so we were disappointed. Very far away from everything. Quiet hours are over at 7:00 so that's when the leaf blowers, trimmers and mowers get going. But it was very clean, spacious and a good value over all.

Very clean nice condo. Wish u would of had a stack of paper plates in the cabinet and the TV was a problem for me anyway couldn't find any local channels. It was nice and clean and we enjoyed ourselves.

Overall the condo was very nice however the boat slips could use some work, not just the one I used but several others on the property I noticed needed work done. I actually went and bought some cheap towels to put on the two outside posts so I wouldnt scratch my boat going in and out of the slip.

Condo was exactly as good as described by owner and previous reviews I read! It was very clean and had more than enough room for the 2 of us. Sandy beach area was larger than pictures reflect, which was one of the reasons this property caught our eye and both property pools were still open(after Labor Day), which was also nice. Only 1 flight of stairs up or down from either parking deck, which was another BIG POSITIVE, since it is a 3rd floor property. Definitely do recommend this property.

This condo is in a great location! It was very clean and had several updates. The only downside to the Ledges is the pools. Our kids would not swim-the water was cloudy and green. That was a bit of a disappointment as they were looking forward to pool time in addition to the lake.
Overall, our family of five enjoyed it very much and would stay again.

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a short summer getaway. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.
The pros: good location, nice view of the lake, grill provided and the owner responded quickly to our questions and concerns.
The cons: the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock so we woke up with a back ache every morning. I would highly recommend the owner replace the current mattress with a new plush pillowtop mattress since many people like to sleep in on vacation. The deck gets full sun in the late afternoon/evening in July so it was too hot to use the grill then and we had to sit off to one corner of the deck to avoid the sun that time of day. Some type of hanging shade would make sitting on the deck more pleasant at this time of day. Finally the water pressure in the guest shower was minimal so rinsing my long hair was a bit of a challenge.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. I think these few changes would make the condo more pleasant for anyone. The owners were great and have done a good job at maintaining the property. I would recommend this property for anyone considering a condo rental at the lake.

Nice simple place.
Very clean and great location. Comfortable bedding. Everything is very minimal which is good to know. I've stayed other apartments at The Ledges and they had a little more in the way of dishes (all breakable so not ideal w young kids), beach/pool toys, board games, condiments/spices for use which were all bonuses missed in this place. Would definitely stay again but would be prepared to bring those few extra things.
