Very serviceable spot close to town, plenty of parking. If you’re looking for affordable proximity this is your spot.

My Wife and I are seasoned travelers/vacationers. We've stayed at time-shares, STR's and hotels. This was our 1st experience using VRBO. This unit was the worst experience we've ever had. The unit was small (700 Sq Ft) which we expected and old, also what we expected. But the issues with the unit are totally in control of the host. I'll start with the shower. The window in the shower had caked on mold and dirt, The shower curtain was also moldy. Disgusting! While there were plenty of dishes and glasses in the kitchen, there was no dish drying rack, no cutting board, or hot pads for the oven. The hosts policy of 1 bath towel for each adult plus 1 is ridiculous for a 2 week stay, especially since one of the bath towels had to be used to seal off the draft from the unsealed window in the bedroom. Also one set of bed linen's for 2 weeks is unacceptable. The grill on the back patio is on its last legs. I was able to get one burner to ignite but chose not to use it due to the caked on

This property was extremely filthy and run-down. The shower had mold from floor to ceiling, the toilet was stained, the windows were so dirty it was unpleasant to look out of them and had years of grime caked on them, the air conditioners were old, noisy, and corroded, the caulking throughout the kitchen and bathroom had worn away, there was no dishwasher and minimal counter space, the grill was unusable, and the nonstick cookware was worn and badly scratched. But the worst part of the entire traumatic experience was discovering the the place was infested with small black flies that subsist on the bacteria and slime in unclean drains - hence the name drain flies. The manager did respond to some of our requests in regard to cleaning the shower (the mold came right back) and sending an exterminator in twice. So along with having to breath the toxins that the exterminator used, the drain fly problem was never eradicated. The entire experience was a nightmare! Shame on the any VRBO landlord that takes people's money, then forces them to live in such a repulsive and unhealthy environment!
