Absolutely fabulous hostess and staff, accommodation was absolutely first class can’t wait to stay again soon. Beautiful quiet location close to the beach and the breakfast menus is quite simply out of this world! highly recommend the Sandown house Special or the Porridge with whiskey to get you started in the colder months👌🏻

Liz was very accommodating, we arrived late and she stayed up to greet us and show us to our rooms.
We was staying for work and had to leave early so would miss breakfast but Liz went out of her way to make us a takeaway option which was delicious.
The room itself was excellent, they’d really thought about all the little details in the room - branded mugs & Robes, real coffee, fresh milk and real plants in the room. all the furnishings were high end which all made it luxurious.
it was a shame we only got 5 hours in the room, I’d of loved to have had a drink on the balcony!

Breakfast was delicious and the menu gave a great selection to choose from. Very friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Lovely large room which had everything we needed for our stay.

Fantastic breakfast - so many choices. All delicious and plentiful. The most comfortable bed - a great night’s sleep after a long drive! Easy walk to beachfront, stunning location. Friendly and welcoming with many helpful suggestions regarding the local area. Thank you very much.

Our stay at Sandown House was delightful. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable with little extras like water, tea and coffee. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely walk in shower. The amenities were of good quality.
Breakfast was extremely tasty - the granola was home-made and delicious, as was the soda bread. The smoked salmon and scrambled egg was a lovely way to start the morning!
Plentiful parking.
Nothing not to like! Will definitely visit again if I’m in Nairn.

Liz and Andy provide exceptional B&B with attention to detail and they could not be more helpful. Breakfast was a treat every morning .We will return!

Breakfast was made to order. Excellent portion sizes and a good amount of choice. Liz (co owner) is attentive and strives to give you your needs.
The room we stayed in was an excellent size. Comfortable bed and plenty of space.
The bathroom was a 4 piece suite. The walk in shower was enormous and overall excellebt quality.
Room was well furnished and equipped. I brought my labrador with me. We had a downstairs room with sliding door (separate from main entrance) which was handy for taking him out on walks. The location is quiet and within 5 minutes walk from the beach.
The only criticism I had (very very small) was the way in which the coffee was brewed. French press (always a good way to brew) but was either pressed too firmly or the grounds were too fine for the press. (This isn't really a criticism in the grand scheme as I've had to think very hard).

The breakfast was amazing- one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a trip away. Liz couldn’t do enough to offer anything you wanted and the menu was delicious! Liz was so accommodating and really helped us have a relaxing stay in a time where it could have been as well just staying at home.
Absolutely nothing- we had a perfect stay, and we (And our doggy!) were so impressed with the room and facilities.
