If I could give negative starts I would! Hands down the worst rental experience of my life. Not only did the rental have problems but I was literally accosted by one of the permanent residents when they knocked on the door and told me I was in their parking spot even though I was clearly in one of the spots that the rental agreement stated to use (space E or F). Threats of bodily harm and to have my vehicle towed ensued. Not only would I not recommend this rental to anyone else, but I would seriously hesitate to recommend Vacasa as their endorsement of this rental brings into question their taste and judgement. List of major issues with the unit (there are other minor issues that I’m not listing): All three drains clogged with water/wouldn’t drain. Heat in living room didn’t work (April/50 degrees out) Drafts/gaps through the windows (I could see daylight through the window casing) Walls are very thin: Neighbor hammering off and on all day on Saturday. Saturday night (11:00PM) there was a domestic fight that we could hear all of. No place to hang coats. Other neighbor was cleaning all day Saturday with her door open and the smell of her well over used cleaning products was overwhelming and lofting under our door making us both sick. Small and awkward layout of the building, parking lot, and apartment. The fees were more than the rental.

Right near beach and pier. Great spot for dog friendly apartment! We walked our pup to beach every morning.
