Proximity to old town is very good. Restaurants are close and there is a supermarket withinb5 minutes walking distance.
Neighbourhood is not the greatest. The property is very tired, and whilst ostensibly clean, if you look under the surface, it soon becomes obvious that it requires a deep clean. The buildup of grime on the extraction fan in the kitchen is gross.
As there isn't a dishwasher, I would have expected a tea towel to dry the dishes after washing, but unfortunately there was none.
