Amazing views

Was not adequately clean for a home stay. Floors were unmopped, towels and blankets smelled as though they had been left wet. Dishes in cupboards were unwashed.

Was pleasant enough for short stay but we may have found it difficult for a longer stay.

Good location, lovely view. Beds were comfy. Lovely fireplace but take your own matches

Driveway was too steep to take car up and wouldn’t even attempt in the wet. Key box may need attention as code wouldn’t easily open lock. No tea towels and couldn’t easily use oven as settings were worn off. Was very musty when property was opened up and needed to be aired out for a while. Two remotes to air conditioners didn’t work.

It was a good place, however we payed a lot for it and I would've expected it to be a lot cleaner

The location was great. Bed in the main room was nice and comfortable. Spacious place, good sized balcony.

The trees really ruin the view. The property was not clean at all, extremely dusty, stains and dirt on the furniture, the towels had stains, the dishes weren't clean and needed to be re-washed, the tables hadn't been wiped. Remote control for the air conditioning was dead. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere, inside and out on the balcony. Light in the main bathroom flickered like crazy.

Lovely stay, will be back for sure.

Loved the villa, beautiful view, gorgeous view @ good facilities.

More cleaning supplies, there was no soap and not enough kitchen supplies such as sponges, tea towels. The floor was very sticky on arrival, causing us to re wash the floor.

The view from the villa was so beautiful. The villa was really nice. All the rooms were beautiful. I would love to visit this place again.

The driveway was a bit of a problem as it was so hard to take the car down and the car was damaged. Also the pepper that was in the kitchen has been expired in 2018.

Disappointing

first of all when we arrived the driveway of the villa is so bad we damaged our car. We got scratch on the bumper and it’s badly damaged. next when we enter in the house the house was not cleaned. Dust was everywhere seemed like they cleaned the house long time ago. Moreover the location was not as we expected when we saw the photos of the villa. I will not recommend anyone going there because it’s not worth the money.

Didn’t reach my expectations , disappointed; wan’t recommended to anyone.

Spacious property and quiet calmness around. View of Melbourne city and shore line is fantastic.

Towel were not clean. Backyard is messy and not well maintained and not cleaned. Lights are not well placed across the property and have low illumination throughout. No insulation in the walls and coldness prevails even when the heat pump is on. Roller curtain are semi opaque and room got light filled with daybreaks. Canopy is not working. The driveway is very steep and difficult accessibility for car. No stairs to access the property, the walking upwards on driveway is very dangerous especially in wet conditions.

We had such a great stay - that we're all keen to return - both together and with our families.

The ocean views were gorgeous - and were undersold on the website. They were even better than expected. The living/dining/kitchen area was large and spacious, so were the bedrooms and beds, and the balcony. We had plenty of room, the furniture and decor were perfect - minimal without being bare (so we could pack and leave everything tidy easily, without losing anything). the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with shampoo/conditioner etc. which we appreciated. We were warm and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also made the most of our proximity to the chairlift and walked down the hill along the track and road, but were running out of time to walk back up the hill (and wanted to check out on time), so caught the chair lift up. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Disappointing

The Views and the location to the Eagle and the Enchanted Garden.

It was still cold inside after all the heaters were turned on (cold tiles everywhere) and the overall presentation of the gardens.

Good View. Facility average.

Bad aircon. not warm at all. They did say they do not provide firewood tho. I thought aircon should also be good. Not working well even there is one in each room.

Might should consider change air-condition system Or just provide firewood.

amazing weekend away with my partner

breathtaking views! me and me partner really enjoyed our stay at this open plan getaway with spectacular views worth a a million dollars. the bedroom was amazing waking up to the views also. clean and tidy, honestly could not fault this villa!!

The view is amazing, it is clean and provides reasonable space. Beds are comfy.

The driveway and parking situation is not good! The drive is so steep and can damage your car at the bottom. Also the host arranged an electrician who arrived just as we were checking out. He blocked us and refused to back out due to his load and the driveway. It was a nightmare getting three cars out around his . We were late for another event as a result and quite stressed. We advised the host you need to give at least 15 minutes leeway for such things. No tea towels and needs another couch as there is only one so watching tv with the family was not that comfortable. Also due to tiles noise carries so we placed blankets on the floor near the back two bedrooms so TV wouldn’t annoy the family members sleeping there. The deck/ balcony does not feel safe as balustrade was shaky.

Windows were filthy and covered in webs, whole outside of house covered in webs, dirty ceiling fans, down ights hanging out of ceiling/flickering, gutters filled with weeds, no hand towels/tea towels/dish cloth, towels were average, deck was dusty/webs everywhere, pot plant filled with weeds, dirty ledges/skirting boards. Needs attention. House sleeps 6, but only a small three seater couch so others have to sit on the floor.

no power and no water

good location, nice ocean view.

the house has limited power supply. all the big appliances (TV, microwave, stove and fridge) failed to turn in the morning. there was no water as well due to no power to the water pump.
