La possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno di un parco privato dotato di guardiania h24
Al prezzo richiesto sarebbe stato giusto aggiungere quantomeno la colazione. Inoltre essendo una camera al piano superiore della casa del proprietario non vengono fornite chiavi di accesso ma bisogna sempre bussare e attendere che aprano.

Lieber Francesco, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft. Ich habe das Zimmer für eine Nacht genutzt, da ich meine Fähre nach Griechenland verpasst hatte. Das Haus war meine letzte Notlösung, bis ich am nächsten Tag eine neue Unterkunft fand, aber ich habe einen wunderbaren Gastgeber kennengelernt. Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Sicherheit sind die Pluspunkte der Unterkunft. Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen, bewachten Anlage. Ideal für ein oder zwei Personen und das Auto. Das Badezimmer befindet sich direkt nebenan und wird nur vom Mieter benutzt. Internetzugang ist vorhanden. Francesco spricht zwar kein Englisch, Deutsch oder Griechisch, aber mit etwas Geduld wirst du dich bestimmt mit ihm verständigen können, selbst mit den wenigen italienischen Wörtern, die du kennst. Du kannst das Zimmer auch abends betreten und verlassen. Francesco öffnet dir dann die Tür. Das Gebäude liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Geschäfte für Lebensmittel.Ich hoffe, dich irgendwann wieder besuchen zu können. Vielen Dank für alles.

Η πρόσβαση στον χώρο είναι λίγο περίπλοκη για κάποιον που επισκέπτεται πρώτη φορά την πόλη και οι Security στην είσοδο μιλούσαν λίγα αγγλικά. Πάραυτα με βοήθησαν να τηλεφωνήσω στο κύριο Iannnone μιλώντας του στα ιταλικά , ώστε να με παραλάβει από την είσοδο .

In fact, I was planning to go there but I had a coronovirus and I contected with them and booking com customer services 3 days ago. At least, small portion of the whoke amount I expected it get back and so they cab re-sell the room to anybody. But nobody contact with me and there is no movement to handshake about it
