I like the place, good for family bonding and friends.

The only good thing about this apartment was the view and the good size of the living room.

There are many things in this property that should be listed due to the lack of maintenance: -Cleaning: the apartment is not clean at all. Maintenance comes to clean for the next guest only for a very quick cleaning. Had to ask the maintenance person for a better cleaning at the kitchen floor. Curtains are dirty, dirty walls, bathroom floor (full of hair in the drain area), smelly, we had to kill a cockroach in the kitchen. The apartment is full of mold everywhere, in ceilings and the bathrooms. -Comfort: the apartment is not comfortable at all. The beds are hard like tables. Zero comfort and you cannot have a good sleeping. -Towels: zero quality in towels, please bring own towels. -Limited kitchen utensils: There is no proper kitchen utensils to be used in the kitchen. They keep broken spoons in the drawers. -curtains: very dirty and they are not black out. Low quality

1.Mr Ali who is in charge of apartment didn't gave the access key to the building, he asked for original emirates ID or 300aed to be deposited(inspite of taking photo copy of our emirates id/passport). He want original ID or 300 dirhams deposit extra. 2. No extra toilet issue paper. 3.no kitchen paper napkins. Total disappointed it was.

Location is easy to find

We settled late in our accommodation. The unit owner along with the workers were fixing some issues in the kitchen. However, the flat owner apologizes and we understand the situation. He was friendly and respectful.
