Location but the noice was terrible all night

Dirty, with hair on every part of the property. A neighbor helped us enter the main door because I had no response from the landlord. Found cockroaches in the kitchen. Beds and pillow were terrible Shower towels were so tiny and old

location was great, very central and the apartment was perfect for a group of 9 people, rooms are very big and comfortable, every room had a private bathroom which was super good for our group :)

they only provide 1 key for a group of 9 people and we had to keep chasing them even tho I have email them saying that we need at least 3 keys because we all had different schedules. neighbours kept knocking our door and saying that party was not allowed when in fact we never any house party, we were a group of 9 people talking and acting normal. this happened multiple times and we even got a message from the host related to it. very annoying because this happened before 7 pm which is super early anyways since we were in a group of 9 people and it was very cold in Madrid, we all had the heaters on and the electricity box couldn’t support it, so we the electricity was on and off every 15 min, was awful, then they sent an electrician to fix it but it wasn’t fixed

Very spacious, very big rooms, clean, easy to find, in front of a park so not noisy at all

windows unable to fully close, therefore I would not recommend going during cold seasons
