Breakfast and specially the coffee was great. The Parking spaces are easy to use, away from the busy street. The whole space is very clean and nicely decorated

Friendly staff and are very efficient in dealing with the problem brought out by the customer. For example, the air conditional had some problems this morning and brought it up, the staff solved it within the day

It will be great if the kettle is prepared and laundry is available

Het hotel ligt dichtbij het treinstation Salaya. Nadat we de trein hadden gemist moesten we lang wachten. Terug naar het hotel, waar we van alle faciliteiten gebruik konden maken. We werden van water voorzien.

Close to the university and great street food nearby. Manager was super friendly and helpful. Lobby/cafe was a welcome space.

Needs a light near the bed.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I especially enjoyed the complementary snacks provided in the room during check ins. Location is just around the corner from a shopping strip with different types of food cuisines extending approximately 500m. Although staff spoke very little English, they were very accommodating and helpful to my needs.

The rooms weren't soundproofed as you can hear things from the adjacent rooms. There's also the sound of a machine operating (maybe a washing machine) all day which is unfavourable to those sensitive to sound at night.

I love staying at the palm, I love the coffee, the food and the location

There could do with some soundproofing, luckily I slept well but I could hear other guests and sometimes into my stay I could hear a noise which was a droning sound, maybe the air con box from another room or the washing machine.
