The place itself was wonderful. We loved it. Swimming with turtles there was a highlight of our trip. The unit was bright and comfortable and the listing was accurate. Some suggestions for improvement would be: 1) to have 4 chairs at the table on the lanai since that is where people will likely want to hang out and 2) do something about the washing machine and dishwasher that stunk strongly of mold. The only negative of our stay was being charged for a TV remote that we did not damage. It feels like a scam to charge us $50 extra, especially since we were already charged a damage waiver through our booking on Airbnb. For that reason I would think twice about booking here again, nor would I recommend this particular unit to a friend without forewarning them. Initially the communication with the host was good and if it were not for this incident it would have been a 5 star stay.

Napili Point is in a beautiful setting. The ad made out the condo to be top notch, some were very disappointed when we got there. The condo has a lot of deferred maintenance. First it was not enough towels, dishwasher leaked, louvered windows would not close and it went on from there. They give you a starter supply of trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc, and then you buy your own. I will say that Epic Realty was very responsive when we called. In talking to the front desk we found that their housekeepers come in every day to give you new towels, etc and clean twice while you there. With this unit you do your own. I feel like they should give back the cleaning deposit.
Next time we will rent thru Napili Point directly . Much cheaper and more amenities .
