With upscale finishes throughout and fantastic views everywhere you look, this home is truly special. The heart of the home is the fully stocked modern kitchen with its ocean views, Cherry wood cabinetry, stone quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows offer lots of natural light throughout the home. Wonderful views and calming breezes abound from the home’s lanais. The private primary bedroom suite features superb ocean views and includes a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. A full-sized washer and dryer as well as beach gear is included to ensure you have everything you need for your vacation. Great home in a perfect location
Beautiful home in a private but convenient location. The home was more spacious than the pictures lead us to believe. Easily accommodates 4 couples. We really appreciated the minimal expectations for tidying up prior to check out.

A great stay in Princeville
My family and I had a great time staying a the Pu'uwai Hale rental in Princeville. Everything was clean, comfortable and as advertised or even better. The house was more than big enough to fit the five of us and offered places for us all to gather together or slip away and find some peaceful alone time. The only downside is its not very walkable to any stores or beaches nearby so if you have that expectation going in you'll be fine. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful
Pictures don't do this place justice and it's the cleanest rental I've ever booked! It is a stunning villa with jaw dropping views. The beds are super comfortable and kitchen has everything. You will spend at least a day of your vacation enjoying the villa and views.
Angela was a great help. We arrived late night and couldn't get in with the code. She was patient with us then realized we were at the wrong address. Thanks Angela for your patience.
Only negative is stove did not work, but that did not hinder us. If I return to the island with a large group (7 of us this time) we will definitely rent this vila!!

The house was great, large enough to have your own space yet open enough so everyone could gather for meals and games. The house was super clean and we all loved the trip.

Pu'uwai Hale is the best vacation home we’ve rented
The size of the house was perfect for family of 6. Four bedrooms en suite were perfect. Best kitchen, best view, cleanest house, roomiest, completely equipped throughout - all that only exceeded by the service from Angela who went so far above and beyond. We have owned rental property in Princeville, we have rented properties since 1981. Pu'uwai Hale is the BEST we have ever been in- not even close.

This beautiful, modern house was perfect for our family (6 adults) vacation. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location, with a stunning view.

Exceptional Experience!
This home is lovely, with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation with our adult children and granddaughter. It is close to the beaches we wanted to visit and other activities we were interested I doing. It is lovely; we highly recommend it.

Beautiful home!
This home is one of our all time favorites! Beautiful, beautiful ocean views! We even spotted some whales off the coast! Really nice neighborhood. We loved seeing the baby Albatross and their momma and papas watching over them! The home was meticulously cleaned, well stocked, and extremely comfortable for our family of eight adults. Our weather wasn’t ideal but we did get to enjoy most excursions on our wish list.

Best Vacation Spot
We had 4 couples in our group, this house was incredible. From the amazing Ocean views, to the layout of the beautiful house. All 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms, all tucked into it's own private corner. The house is beautifully upgraded, came fully stocked, I can tell that previous guests would leave their supplies and drinks, we had left all our unopened drinks and supplies as well for the next group to enjoy. We are grateful for the owner this home to share it with us. The house was immaculate, soft sheets, and comfortable mattresses (I'm picking about mattresses). It felt like a high end hotel, yet the convenience of a beautiful home. Great spot with nearby shops and food, all within 5 minute drive. I really need to make sure to come back to this amazing home next time I come back.

We had a fabulous time staying in this exceptional rental property. The home is beautiful with lots of space. The outdoor deck overlooking the ocean is a superb location for coffee, meals and games. We appreciated the beach gear and abundance of linens. We would love to stay in this home again!

Beautiful Stay at Pu'uwai Hale
We had an amazing visit to Pu'uwai Hale! The property was even better than the pictures with plenty of space for two families. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the wonderful kitchen and outside lanai. Easy access to grocery store and walking trails. The house was spotless and well-stocked. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Na Pali Catamaran for a boat ride up the coast.

Kauai Paradise
We had an incredible experience in this house. We were traveling with a group of friends and the rooms were all private, spacious and with their own bathrooms. The main area of the house with the wraparound porch had stunning views and a great communal space to cook and enjoy. Would stay again!

Fantastic property!
Wonderful house with every detail thought of - plenty of towels (bath and beach), beach gear, fully-stocked kitchen (with tupperware, high end appliances, and even bag clips!). This property and the neighborhood are fantastic!
