I think location is great-small town on the Mediterranean.The villa itself is around 20 minutes walk from the town centre and the marina .The property is on quite street,where you can park.Aldi and Carrefour with petrol station,at walking distance.Gorgeous beaches with fine sand on 15 minutes drive .The properly is spacious with 4 bedrooms,one is en-suite ,2 toilets and family bathroom.The pool is amazing,big enough and very,very clean.Very well maintained by a lovely British couple .The villa itself was very clean as well.

Very poor communication with the host to extend that at one point I thought is a scam!I have been booking with Booking.com for over 5 years now and I was very disappointed and annoyed as we never experienced such an attitude .We didn’t get any details about getting into the property-it was apparently sent via email,which I never got and no further information followed.No further information about the property,area or emergency contacts left in the house,apart of a small note about the bin collection.The properly -it’s run-down villa,upstairs bedrooms with old wallpaper with peeled off edges and stains.Soft furniture with stains as well.Air condition wasn’t working properly so 2 out of the 3 bedrooms upstairs were very warm .When I complained about it I have been repeatedly told it’s working fine?!We had a lady called Nadine just turned up at the property in 4 occasions unannounced,where she would just knock and unlock the door herself?!Once to check on a burned pan,then to bring a new pan.Halfway through our stay she came while we were out to check on our air condition-turned out it didn’t work properly as the batteries needed changing for the control panel!Next day she came with someone,technician to check it again-it was 10 o’clock in the morning,we were asleep-5 of us,she started shouting and just walking around to awake us!!we were in still in our beds struggling to wake.Then she brought the technician,young gentleman in late 20, who didn’t know where to look as he was so embarrassed.We are family of 5 with 3 daughters.Regardless fixing the air condition it still wasn’t adequate as we were told we can’t change the readings and still was pretty warm in the rooms.There were fans in each bedroom but I they were too noisy. .We had great problem with the mosquitoes as the window nets were either missing or ripped.Outside space is pretty bare ,no privacy from the road.No outside shower and the swimming pool has no lighting.The house is terraced house .

Pool and air conditioning. Cooking and cleaning facilities, and almost everything we needed was provided. Close to supermarkets.

It was just a little bit too far from the port. OK for the fit and healthy, but slightly too far for those who aren’t so fit.
