Good location and short walk to the beach, but not a great place to stay for your vacation.

The short walk to the beach was nice and location great for relaxing.

The host didn't have code sent so had to wait at gate and then sent link that didn't work. Called but voicemail full and no response, so contacted Evolve who manages property who contacted him and called me back. I had emailed earlier entrance and had email confirming it, but was told later entry time, so obviously host doesn't pay attention to emails at all. There was dust/sand along baseboards, a stained bath towel out, the shower curtain heavily covered with mildew, and the bed had a regular 2 inch piece of foam over a crappy mattress which holds heat and is very uncomfortable. We're from SC and do beach trips often and we're disappointed in this condo and upkeep. Seems like they're focused on making money with little effort to maintain the property.

it was quiet and clean. Very relaxing

it was quiet and clean. Very relaxing

My husband was not happy about no TV, but that did not bother me. My only issue was that it was quite a walk out to the beach / water. I missed being able to have the windows open and listen to the beach. It was very relaxing and that was what hbw trip was about
