The property was excellent overall The reception lady was very professional, kind, friendly and always willing to help The room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including our own kitchen and bathroom I really liked the fact that the place feels more like a home than a traditional hotel, with the freedom to cook your own meals and feel comfortable during your stay Everything was clean and well maintained
One thing I really appreciated was that they gave me a small paper with important information on it, including the WiFi password and other useful details The WiFi was fast and free which was very helpful During my stay I sometimes forgot my room number or other information, but I always had that paper with me and it helped me a lot It was a very simple but useful thing to provide guests
I honestly wish I had stayed here during my first visit to Borlänge This was my second visit, and from now on I will definitely choose this place whenever I come back
There are only two things I would suggest improving First, the check in time is quite late, from 5 PM to 8 PM I arrived in Borlänge at around 3 PM and had to wait outside until 5 PM Luckily, the weather was sunny and clear, but after travelling by flight, it would be much better to be able to enter the property and relax as soon as possible An online/self check in option, such as a door code or a secure key box, would be a great solution for guests arriving before 5 PM
The second thing is that bed sheets and towels have to be rented separately Apart from these two points, I really have nothing negative to say

The peace and quiet, the proximity to shopping centres and the weather.
I lamented the fact that there was no breakfast, yet I understand why.

Cosy and large family room!
Impossible to find a clean pot in the kitchen. There is no dishwasher and apparently not every guest is capable of properly cleaning the dishes after themselves.
