El alojamiento está muy bien situado, y es cómodo
El acceso se hace a través de un portal que casi siempre está con basura y restos de un restaurante que hay en los bajos, y no tiene iluminación . La cama de matrimonio es cómoda , pero el sofá cama debería reponerse por uno nuevo

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage und der Raumaufteilung sehr schön. Kein "dunkles Loch", ein großes Esszimmer (mit Küchenzeile und Sofa-Bett). Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei bis drei Personen.
Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr, sehr gut: Mitten im Zentrum, 200 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Das ist perfekt.
Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt durch einen dunklen, hässlichen Hinterhof. Dort türmte sich zwei Tage lang der Müll und es roch dementsprechend. Der Hauseingang war massiv mit Taubenkot verdreckt. Das war wirklich nicht schön und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr getrübt.
Das Badezimmer ist meines Erachtens renovierungsbedürftig: Die Silikonabdichtung der Duschabtrennung war dreckig und unansehnlich. Am Waschbecken fehlte die Silikonabdichtung zur Wand. Die Drückerplatte der Toilettenspülung funktionierte schlecht und blieb andauernd hängen (Folge: Dauerspülvorgang).
Im Schlafzimmer war eine Elektroleitung äußerst undekorativ mit gelbem Klebeband an Wand und Decke befestigt.
Und im Flur war am Flurende lediglich ein Vorhang angebracht. Dahinter befanden sich die Kissen und die Bett-Inletts in einem großen transparentem Kunststoffsack, der am Boden stand. Daneben allerlei Hausrat, ebenfalls am Boden stehend.
Die Kissen- und Bett-Inletts waren teilweise sehr verdreckt.
Alles in allem sehr Schade, denn die Wohnung könnte ein "Juwel" sein.

Konumu harika, ulaşım kolay.
Olanakları yeterli.
Özellkle cumattesi akşamı o kadar sesli oluyor ki uyumak mümkün değil. Pazar ve Haftaiçi konaklayacaksını hiç sorun yok ama haftasonu çok için uyutmayacak kadar sesli.
Evin derin bir temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Koltuk çok şekeli halı çok pisti. Mutfak malzemelerind yemek kalıntıları vardı.

Location is awesome. It was a good value for 4 people.
I booked this stay for my parents and disabled brother. I emailed the property because I was worried about stairs. My dad had a knee replacement not too long ago. When I asked specifically about the stairs they said it was on the second floor. To me that means one flight of stairs to the apartment. It was on at least the third level if not the fourth. There were 48 stairs to get to their apartment. I never never never would have booked this apartment. Had I known that. The information was very incomplete. They also had a difficult time checking in and no one responded to our messages through the booking app.
