Stay was great.

Location was great. Room was clean along with the entire building.

Amazing stay! Can’t wait to go back!

Como back is going back to a place where I can relax where my son can enjoy his stay and where I can feel safe and comfortable. I love the pool. I love Worker was from day one until the day that we left that it was my son’s birthday Gift and upgraded our room!

The only thing that I did not like was that I was not informed before arriving that the pool was going to be closed on Sunday for maintenance. The hotel provided the guest with the option of choosing a discount for a future stay or credits for the arcade and of course I choose the credit because I already have my next STATE booked.

Decent size, the view was very good

Paying $25 a night and did not get a parking 2 out of 3 nights was horrible. I sent an email to have some towels sent to the room and up to now we have not received a reply or the towels

Relaxing and fun time for family and friends

Enjoyed all the amenities for kids and families. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and very clean as well with almost everything we needed.

I wish the apartment would have included a stove since there are not many food options on site after certain times. The food prices for uber eats or delivery were pricey.

The rooms and the tubing hill

The insane lines at tubing hill that made it lame and a drag. There is no common areas to sit in the hotel and the front doors are wide open when it’s freezing out so the lobby and the buffet and store is like being inside a refrigerator

Disappointed and overcharged, improper billing, misinformation

Location.

The employees couldn’t recognize my previous payment through Booking.com and took almost one hour to check in. Nevertheless, the host also charged me again on credit card (this time to the hotel) so I’ve paid to both Booking and Camelback. When I realized that and went looking for help in the front office, it took me more half an hour to explain to another employee that I’ve been overcharged. Finally she admit and said that they would have this problem solved. Day after day I went there asking for my refund and nobody could clarify that or when it would be. Eventually, an employee called Cece told me at the check out that the refund would be in until 5 days, however I’m still waiting for that. All this situation made me feel so bad and unable to enjoy my stay properly, whereas I wait for the refund back home, already in Brazil. If it didn’t happen until Friday I’ll look after my rights against the hotel and booking for all the prejudice. By the way, the first room they put us was on the ground floor when I’ve payed (twice, as I mentioned above) for a room with balcony, one more expensive. Only after I saw the room they gave me that we were changed to the 5th floor, to the room I payed for. So this experience at the hotel was terrible in the end.

I would not return

Many activities for the kids

My 2 rooms were placed very far away from one another. One of the rooms was poorly cleaned and neither rooms were properly stocked for my large party. The activities are very expensive and overpriced.

O resort Camelback cobrou de mim o valor de 826 dolares que já tinha pago ao Booking em setembro de 2023. Alegou que nção recebeu o valor do Booking, depois de mostrar todos os recibos, eles informaram que irão estornar do meu cartão de crédito o valor que paguei, mesmo eu mostrando o recibo pago ao Booking, e a fatura do meu cartão de crédito com o pagamento realizado em setembro de 2023. Um absurdo.

Nice getaway

Everything was great. Kids enjoyed Aquatopia. Room was large with 2 sets of bunks, a bed and a pullout couch. More than we needed.

Too many issues for the price

The Waterpark was included with the stay!

My room came with many issues, the drawer was broken and kept opening, the bedsheets were not properly cleaned, blood marks on the bedsheets, garbage cans throughout the entire room had no bags, my room was not cleaned until 5pm and that was only done because I called down to request my room being cleaned (which we only got the bedsheets changed and requested more towels and garbage bags as my daughter was now sleep). Before calling to get my room cleaned I asked the housekeeper to come back in 5 minutes as I was still getting ready, left for over an hour and a half and came back to the room not touched. The staff that came up to clean the room were very helpful but because no one cleaned while we were gone, only the bedsheets and more towels were able to be completed as I was not waking my now sleeping daughter for them to clean the room when it should have been done hours ago. If check in is around 4pm all rooms should’ve been completed before then. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, the tv NEVER worked. Would not connect to my phone, laptop or tablet for Chromecast and the remote would not change the channel. Not sure why the rooms are priced at $500 plus a night when I got a motel experience 😐. Food was great at the restaurant (trails end) and the water park was enjoyable.

The rooms could be cleaner, the food can use a lot of work but the arcade, indoor water park was fun

The indoor waterpark was pretty fun. Nice slides and very spacious. The arcade was fun, laser tag and VR was great.

The breakfast was pretty good. The pizza was decent. It didn’t have much of a shelf life once we reheated an hour later. The other food areas were very disappointing especially considering the price. The nachos were served with cold cheese, the fries were unseasoned. The grill/pub called trails I believe was horrendous. The Mac n cheese had no flavor or cheese, we sent that back. The burger was very bland, sloppy and soggy. The onion rings had an odd, weird texture. In short we either went back food or didn’t finish what we ordered. Also I reserved seating but it was completely disregarded and we were placed by the door, in the back, at the high top which I specifically didn’t not choose. We were met with a cold winter breeze every time someone went outside. Dinner there was extremely uncomfortable. The bedding was stained, had iron burn marks. The house keeping didn’t replace wash clothes or toilet paper. I had to chase down a house keeper working another room. The pet policy is understanding and considerate but as someone wanting to come there and relax, excessive dog parking was an issue. You could hear dogs barking in various rooms, all throughout the halls and once inside my suite.

This is a great resort (if a bit pricey) for active family adventures, but the food is sub-par.

My son loves adventurous sports and very much enjoyed the mountain coaster and zipline. The facilities were excellent overall.

The food we ate at Trails End and Berrellis's was nowhere near the standards my son and I expected. His meat sandwich (burger?) was really bad at Trails End (tasteless meat, soggy roll, unchewable onion peels). My entree at Berrelli's (supposedly fettuccine Alfredo) was more like a Pennsylvania Dutch dish than an Italian one (fettuccine was more like egg noodles, and the sauce was basically buttery not a creamy/cheesy Italian one). While that latter entree tasted good, it was hardly the kind of Italian food one would have expected at a place named "Berrelli's. The buffet-style breakfast at Camelback had virtually no one in attendance, and we decided to go elsewhere after the two disappointing meals I just described. It's not right when a classy resort like Camelback loses customers to a place like "Billy's Pocono Diner."

My stay at Camelback Resort

I liked the different activities kids could take part of and the entertainment down in the lobby.

The bed was too firm for me, and the pillows were too soft. I also received two citations for parking in the 15 minute parking lot. I was told when I 1st arrived that I could not park where it displayed 15 minute parking. I didn't but still received a citation each night. Thankfully, the staff took care of it without hesitant.

I had a great time, my kids enjoyed themselves so that’s all that matters to me.

The property was clean and well kept. The hallways and lobby were clean as well as the bathrooms in the waterpark.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t many options for eating there are a ton listed but I guess it depends on the time of year you visit.

My room was flooded with water. Spoke to the front concerning water in the room. They offer to compensate with free parking and no resort fee, but end up charging me anyways.
