Good quiet location and close to major sightseeing places

Good wifi signal, clean sheets linen/towels, abundant parking

Wc wobbling, water leakage from somewhere behind wc, bathroom floor tiles shattered, shower dirty & broken from front  corner, NO shaver lighting/burnt out bulb, toilet door keep closing not levelled render heat inside, bidet tap not closing properly.  Bedroom; ROCK hard pillows, balcony overlooking neighbour's on top,  no privacy, thats the view you get !!!, disrespectful neighbours shouting, moving chairs, slamming doors etc, walking like marching on top of our bedroom till the early morning hours, lots of dogs barking, all add to sleepless nights. Broken forks, blunt knives, lack of utensils in kitchen. And finally the most annoying issue, Apartment is INFESTED with  MOSQUITOS, in EVERY room even between the sheets !!!! Had to buy fly/mosquitos repellent & keep all doors & windows closed while in the apartment, in order to keep pests outside, which felt like a prison for 7 NIGHTS !!!  At least insect screens must be installed here, Weak mobile phone signal, No A.C. City tax paid, NO receipts. I wonder who take THIS so called city tax !!  AVOID
