Incidents could be handled better by the host

In fact we were allocated to different apartment (Targ Rybny 14; Apt2) in check in as we had 2 consequent bookings with same manager. This seemed to be just perfect initially. Bigger apartment and no need to move for second night.

Targ Rybny 14; Apt2 where we actually stayed had bed bugs. Although mattress, bed sheets and everething were clean, the bed frame was badly infested. I was able to catch some 8 of them just in 10 minutes while trying to figure out what to do. While trying to resolve issue with host we were just sent angry cleaner to take care of us. Them accused that we we just scammers traveling with bed bugs to get free accommodation. What a pity. Just a perfect stay spoiled by bed bugs and especially how incident was handled by the host. We got money back for second night, but no compensation for sleepless night and effort needed to be sure that our bags are clean.

Represents good value for the money spent, excellent location. A bit noisy pub below @ weekend.

The property is actually in the middle of the city center: 50-100 meters from restaurants area. The public parking is not far away, accessible. The property was clean and prepared for stay. The only inconvenience was a pub below with some noise over weekend. Overall good value for money.
