Location to station and supermarket

We were misled into thinking there was sufficient facilities. Kitchen saucepan not applicable for the induction hob. No tea towels or cleaning cloths for the kitchen so we had to use the small and limited bathroom towels to clean kitchen. Tried to wash the towels in the washing machine which had been broken for 3 months (host tried to blame us for not using it properly but past comments in the guest book states that it was reported broken 3 months ago) but they still advertised it as having washing facilities. We had to find our own laundry service. No toaster, kettle didn't work and kept switching off mid boil so we had to buy our own as the host didn't even acknowledge our requests to replace it, lights in ceiling had wires handing out and flickered a lot, vacuum cleaner was blocked so we had to unblock it all. Shows that the place wasn't even cleaned properly for our arrival. We left the place cleaner than we found it. We had to pay extra for things that they did not have despite them advertising it on booking.com. Host did not acknowledge any of the messages sent regarding these issues.

Plenty of space and sleeping beds. Location was lovely.

Bed sheets looked like they weren't changed (as black hair was all over) a fitted sheet was ripped, the bathroom tap was hard to use as it was way too close to the wall and could not really open the water to wash hands. The kettle in the kitchen had water in it left for long and was disgusting... This was crucial for me as I had to use it for the baby. Found a pair of sun glasses under the bed, therefore the cleanliness wasn't extraordinary. There was a wooden chest in the living room with a note "please do not touch"...well,you're renting this apartment for families with kids, just take it out of there. The parking is not fit for a van, just for small cars

The location is strategic, very near to the train station, supermarket & restaurants

The washing machine is not working. For short stay is fine.

The apartment overlooks the metro station, which is in the immediate vicinity. If you are visiting Disney, this will really make it easier for you to return late at night, especially if you have small children.

The apartment does not have a dishwasher and if you are greeted with dirty dishes, as happened to us, you will hardly be happy.

Location, all well explained!

only a stop away from Val de Europe and Two stops from Disneyland this was perfect for someone not staying on site for Disneyland. A Grocery store just across the road was so super handy, and we had the Train station right there. this was perfect location for us.

there was nothing we didn’t like

Nice price-quality ratio. We had: kitchen+living room (with 2 sofas), sleeping room, bathroom. Underground parking included! Quiet neighbors. RER is next to the house.

Location and parking is perfect! only two stop by subway to Disney.

No instructions for turning on the heating, so we spent much time to make the Hause warm. And the kettle and the sofa bed are not clean. There’s a coffee machine but no coffee offered.
