Well located, just a minute away from the train station. Impeccably clean, I had a nice, spacious room with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet too, despite being so close to the station.
It might not be the ideal location if you plan to walk into Bologna centre regularly, since it's around a 10-15 minute walk.

Close to the train station and excellent local caffé.
The pots and pans were scratched and therefore could not be used due to teflon coating. Not enough pots and pans to cook a full meal as we’d like. No additional toiletries if you run out while staying.

The host and the staff were super accommodative and very helpful. The apartment was very clean as well.

Very convenient for the train station. Fairly quiet considering the location.
The apartment didn't have a washing machine, despite it being part of the listing. The two machines available were communal.
Mattress very uncomfortable.
Toilet seat not attached.
No kitchen basics were included.
The apartment seemed clean enough it was very tired decoration-wise.
