I made online booking and paid the amount but They asked additional cash as said they are not getting enough amount from booking online

Everything was great, the room, location, staff. Awesome stay. The room was very clean and services were also good. The behaviour of the staff was very friendly.

It was at the heart of new Indore city. Close to lot of restaurants, marriage gardens, superstores and Bombay Hospital. It is bit inside which is great because it reduces the sound and pollution that main road hotels get. The property is newer so it’s in good condition.
There was suffocation inside rooms, had to turn on AC. Even then the dusted stale air remained. I think AC filters need to be cleaned regularly.
TV remote was broken and was wrapped with tape. Didn’t work. Blanket cover had hole in it and towel was of mediocre quality.Toiletries weren’t provided.
