Great location and excellent apartment
We had a great stay at this apartment in
The location was excellent — it was close to everything and just a short walk from the tram station. We barely needed to use public transportation during our stay, except when going to places that were farther away.
The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very helpful and kindly allowed us to have an early check-in free of charge, which was really appreciated.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with a great location and a helpful host. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

The property is close to the city center as well as close to tram stop. You can go to city center by foot or if you want to go to Maximir park you can take the tram. It's a 5 - 7 min travel with tram.
The apartment was not what I expected. I thought it would be truly brand new. At first glance it looked fine, but it wasn’t properly cleaned. There were spider webs in the corners, dirty walls, and even used condoms under the bed. On top of that, the entrance felt like you were going into a basement, since it’s located in the middle of a light well. The whole place gave off a pretty strange vibe.
