Hotel was good. i have spent there 2 nights during business trip. when you just need to sleep and nothing else then is fine.
Quite close to S-bahn station which is very positive.
Some restaurants near by. Petrol station just around the corner.

The photographs on the website showed a lovely breakfast but no staff were on site so no food was available. Also not coffee nor team making facilities were available either.

I went to the Munich Show and that was a affordable room not far away from it. I really loved the place. It was simple, warm, tidy. I met the cleaning lady and had a warm chat with her. The owner explained everything to me. I asked also if I could leave my luggage in the morning before the check-in, and there was no problem for that.
I will defenetly come back next year.
