Whether it’s a weekend New Orleans getaway with friends or an extended stay where the focus is on work, this stylish home is a great choice. A cocktail of exposed brick walls, patterned wallpaper, eclectic artwork, a dash of velvet, and a generous dose of chic furniture make for an inviting and seriously cool space. We love the light-filled, open living room that can easily transform from a remote work office to a Netflix binge festival on the couch. Gleaming white marble countertops are a blank canvas for elaborate feasts in the fully-equipped kitchen, though NOLA has more than enough culinary delights to keep you busy. A quick stroll to the French Quarter or brief drive to Bourbon Street, you will be well-placed for all the jazz, history, shopping and dining this city has to offer. Plus, the building’s loaded with perks like a swanky rooftop pool, gym and stylish lounge complete with games like ping-ping and table football. Home truths: *Each apartment has its own unique design and layout, so yours may vary slightly from the photos here but will be just as comfortable and stylish *At full occupancy, two guests will be on the sofa bed in the living area *The host only accepts bookings from guests who live outside of a 60-mile radius and are at least 21 years old *Please respect the quiet hours between 10 pm – 7 am *There’s street parking available, but it’s on a first-come, first-serve basis *One dog or cat under 30 lbs is welcome to join you for a fee of $150, and two pets under a combined weight of 50 lbs are permitted for a fee of $350 *Please note there may be slight differences in the aesthetics and furniture in each apartment compared with the photographs shown.
