About this condo rental

Situated in Warehouse District, this attractive condo for $412 per night is a great choice for your next break. This light-filled historic warehouse was once a 1920s automobile showroom. Today it’s home to this stylish apartment, which retains many of the building’s original features – just in swankier form. Think high ceilings, wire glass windows, exposed brickwork, industrial-style ductwork and concrete floors, all softened with reclaimed wood stairs and doors. There’s a large and comfortable living area for relaxing evenings and lazy breakfasts, and cosy bedrooms tucked upstairs for a peaceful night’s sleep. You’ll need your rest if you’re planning on exploring the buzzing nightlife and bars of New Orleans’ Bourbon Street, which is just a 15-minute walk away. Spend the days wandering historical streets and sampling the unique Cajun cuisine. Return home and enjoy a drink on the communal rooftop patio overlooking the city. Then dive back into the birthplace of jazz at one of the many lively clubs in the French Quarter. Home truths: *The host only accepts bookings from guests who live outside of a 60-mile radius *At full occupancy, two guests will be on a sleeper sofa in the living area – though it's a double bed, it may be a snug fit *One dog or cat under 30 lbs is welcome to join you for a fee of $150, and two pets under a combined weight of 50 lbs are permitted for a fee of $350 *Metered parking is available along Howard Avenue on a first-come, first-served basis *Please note there may be slight differences in the aesthetics and furniture in each apartment compared with the photographs shown.
