The location near to the river was good - a short 15 minute walk into the centre of Toulouse.
The room was very modern & clean, with a small kitchen area & a decent quality bathroom.
The view over the road wasn’t fantastic.

Unless you stay more than a week you have to pay extra for room cleaning/fresh towels etc!!!
Had quite a few issues with the room. TV not working (fixed), bedside lights not working (not fixed), smell of sewage from kitchenette sink (product put in sink but didn't solve issue!)
There is no swimming pool.
