The staff was always available and helpful for us. The cleanliness of the room and the property itself.
Availability of a swimming pool as well.
Lot of transport facilities in the vicinity.

Decent size room, helpful staff, underground & secure parking. Close to tram stop for access to city centre.
Uncomfortable resting area around pool. Needs better and more loungers and seating space.
