A very comfortable stay
The location was farther from the airport than I had thought.

For the price, quite exceptionally good! Very nice room and comfy bed, big bathroom and the kitchenette was really good to have - I’d brought something to have for dinner and the kitchen had everything in I needed to prepare and eat it (chopping board, kitchen knife, pots and pans and cutlery, microwave, hob, fridge). Reception staff were lovely and did not just automatically start speaking English to me when I spoke in French to them (although listening to them with others, they have excellent English). I was using public transport to get to the hotel and they gave excellent directions for how to get from the central train station to the hotel - would not have managed without this as it involved the metro, a bus and then a walk. The shuttle to the airport the following morning was bang on time.
Took me a minute to work out where the AC was and how to use it, but once I had that sorted, it was great.

Location was good and was ideal for a stop over. Clean and tidy and pool was excellent. Great staff too. If you stay and you want to go for food La Carchuterie is about a 5 min drive and is fabulous - unbelievable choices and great atmosphere
Sofa bed needs to be bigger to hold 2 people comfortably. The sofa bed pushes you into the centre of it so pushes the two people together - not good for sleep.

Friendly personnel. Comfortable bed but the pillow kept losing bits of filling.
Aeroplanes approach the landing strip and fly low over the hotel .... every 10 minutes from 06:00 to 00:30.
When sitting outside by the pool you can't hear each other every 10 minutes.
Rooms are not serviced unless you stay longer than 7 days.
The shower drained slower than the water came in.
Bathroom furniture was falling apart.
Upstairs neighbour left her howling dog alone in the room on numerous nights.
Very far from Toulouse which means Uber drivers are reluctant to come for pick-ups.
Limited dining options within walking distance.
Safe doesn't work.
