When we got to the house it was very clean!! The bedrooms were spacious.. plenty of room outside to relax and plenty of space to play game’s outside!!
Location was far from downtown, they charged to much for a pet fee($500.00) plus tax non refundable!! When on the web site says pet friendly! Now I can see if they charge between $100.00-$200.00 that would be reasonable. I think if they really don’t want pets there then don’t say Pet Friendly! If I would’ve known how much it would’ve cost we wouldn’t of stayed at this property…

Good location, close enough to downtown Pagosa Springs, but separate enough to feel more secluded
Overall the cabin felt much more basic and lackluster than it is advertised & appears to be online. For example, the screen door from the main living area out to the deck is broken, as are many of the latches to open the main living area windows. We lost hours of sleep during the first night staying in one of the queen rooms upstairs because there was an ongoing banging/knocking noise. We figured out that because the sliding closet doors are not on a track at the bottom, they were banging into each other by having the ceiling fan on in the room. The flooring throughout the cabin appears online to be hardwood, but they are actually vinyl and there are lots of areas throughout the property where the flooring bows and bends. The upstairs gaming area was pretty much unusable as well, as the pool table is not level and the dart board is in a very odd spot in a corner, making it difficult/near impossible to play a game. The basketball game is downstairs in the garage & was either not plugged in or broken/had no power to it. The garage door openers also did not work. There was a hole in the tile wall in the upstairs bathroom shower where ants came in all weekend. The pool and the hot tub advertised as being part of the property feels like false advertising, as they are actually not on premise but part of a separate neighborhood recreation center that you have to pay to use. I felt the service was also lacking. I had reached out to the guest contact prior to our stay and explained that we were celebrating my mother's birthday, and asked if there was any celebratory decor they could include at the cabin, such as a streamer or a card, etc. They agreed to do this, but upon arrival I was very disappointed to see that they did not follow though. It also took multiple outreach attempts to get a response on several questions.
