Lo mejor del apartamento es sin duda la ubicación. Estar tan céntrico es perfecto para poder moverte a un lado y a otro. Por otro lado, las camas eran bastante cómodas.

Sinceramente, todo muy muy viejo, las fotos no lo aparentan. Al baño le faltaría un poquito de reforma, la mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien. Además, En cuanto a limpieza.. bueno, no muevas las camas. Y la cocina super pequeña, no la llegamos a utilizar...

Central location of Madrid

Couldn’t check in till 4pm which is very late when getting an early flight. Nowhere to leave luggage so we couldn’t go about the city. When messaging staff to ask questions about check in we were ignored. Once it was check in time the staff arrived late despite knowing we would be there at 4, hours in advance. When we finally made it into the accommodation, it wasn’t as stated on the booking. It’s a family apartment with a spare room. the room is the one listed on booking.com, with only a flimsy wooden door between your space and a young family. There is also no private entrance, so you very much are living in someone else’s apartment whom you’ve never met or even been introduced to. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we knew this in advance but it’s not what we had paid for. The host had not entered the property prior to our arrival, and proceeded to check the room once we arrived together. this indicated to us that there had been no cleaning of the property—which was confirmed once we entered. The room and bedding were both dirty, there was one towel (despite it being a booking of two) and the towel was dirty. The facilities mentioned weren’t available, no tv, no hairdryer, no washing machine, no iron, no air con. Not even a fan which we based our booking off with the weather being 38degrees. The booking also states soundproofing, the family living in the apartment had a baby who was crying most of the time we were there, which was about an hour since we left due to the poor conditions and blatant lies from the host.

Location was fabulous. We felt as if we got the true local feel staying in this facility.
