The view, the short walk to the beach & location
Only one shower was usable. Place needs updated, lamps in room all unplugged and a few not working, bed was uncomfortable, texted the staff to let them know of issues and never got a response back. I wasn't going to leave a bad review if they addressed the problems then but we went all week without anyone reaching out.

Location is ideal! Really enjoyed the complex and its amenities! Nice & quiet & peaceful. Right on the beautiful Cape Canaveral beach.
The couch is terrible!! The sofa sleeper part was pretty unbearable, so I ended up folding it in & just sleeping on the couch. 2 of the 3 cushions sank way in, so I still didn’t sleep very soundly. They REALLY need to invest in a new sofa sleeper couch since they’re advertising it as sleeping 4. I would happily stay here again if they get a new one, but if not, I’ll have to rent another unit in the same complex.
