The adjacent restaurant was good. The host was helpful. A quiet rural setting

Remember there isn't any WiFi and has shared bathrooms.

Great staff and very friendly locals. Stayed one night and was made very welcome in the bar. Lovely cafe next door too.

The stay was room only. Breakfast was not available at this property but a kitchen was available to to make your own Breakfast.

Lack of a chair in the rooms.

The kitchen facilities were excellent. We brought sandwich-making ingredients with us and had a lovely breakfast. There is also a clothes washing machine and dryer which is very handy for travellers.

Johnny the chap behind the bar was excellent, great place to stay staff excellent also if your there on a Saturday night there is live music.

Nowhere close by for a meal.

No complaint about the B&B.only thing was a party went on till 4.30 in the morning I know the bar closed eirler than that but some people stayed outside laughing and shouting .that was fine as I am a light sleeper but they came up to there rooms laughing and shouting banging doors so I said great I might get to sleep now So. I decided I had to go to the toilet before I settled down when I went to the first toilet there was a girl in a drunken sleep on the toilet floor So I went to the other toilet near the kitchen and there was another naked drunk lady asleep with her. Head on the toilet .so it was not bad enough trying to sleep with noise I also had to sleep with a full bladder I settled in to bed around 5.30 when what sounded like an over flow pipe pouring down on the mettle fire escape it went on for hours Other than that it was good

We stayed on the 3rd of September 10 adults 8 kids rooms were very clean and beds extremely comfortable, kitchen was very spacious, fridge had a few bits in it but we did buy are own things from the shop for breakfast! Nice wee dining area for any1 who didnt want to eat in the kitchen.. Shop closed at 6 so town is less than 10 minutes drive over the road kids enjoyed there stay running around there was a 60th birthday party with a band down stairs and kids had no problem going to sleep! We had everything we needed great stay, we will be back .
