Location, facilities, security, staff.
A few minor concerns but they were addressed immediately.

The location close to the station was great and only a 20 minute walk into the centre. The check in process was simple and the hosts provided a lot of great local information as well as some generous facility extras. The windows had roller shutters which helped keep the room nice and dark at night and the room was spacious and very clean and tidy with a kitchenette. There were a couple of grocery options close by as well as the park to enjoy.
The shower space was a little cramped, which was fine for me, but may be a problem for someone taller or broader. The room was within a larger apartment and you could hear the other guests a little through the walls in the other rooms. Not a huge issue as everyone was respectful of everyone else.

Room was spacious and stocked up with snacks and water. Beds were comfortable and the Ac was a big plus in this weather.
1 min walk to station but alot of homeless people around. I was thrown things at by one so it wasn't a great experience. But I still think its a good value stay for a Bari transit.

Location is good, next to the railway station (direct connection to the airport & seaside towns). The apartman clean and spacious.
It is very noisy. You can hear everything from the side/above neighbours, and from outside (concerts & basketball court in front of the building). Earplugs are a must.
