We had a potential massive problem with access. We booked on Sunday. On the journey we called the given phone number to say that we would be arriving an hour later that we originally planned. We then found we needed the access code to enter the cabin which would be sent to our email address. As we did not have access to our email while travelling we gave my son's email address on his iPhone and got the access code. We arrived after dark and the lock box on the entry door was broken and did not work. By chance I was looking at stars and touched the porch support post and touched the lockbox mounted there. It was the right lockbox. The defective lock box should be removed or a label put on it showing where the right lockbox is located. When I got home I found the email sent at 5:04pm at the time we were talking to your agent. The price was advertised at $171 per night so the actual price of $216 was a shock. When I found that out that before we left home, I almost cancelled.
