Location is great but the owner very unprofessional and too expensive. We paid more on this trip than we had counted for

Great location and spacious.

The owner did not give us the code to get in and left us stranded for the first night. We sat on the porch for four hours from the time our flight arrived in Calgary until almost 1 AM. They did not answer our calls, texts, or messages the entire evening and with the help of bookings.com we had to find a new accommodation at 1 AM. The owner called us the next morning and apologized that he forgot and was travelling, but this is no excuse since we had to pay for another accommodation for only a few hours of sleep. Unacceptable.

Great space for a group. Furnished with lots of extras available for use. Nice place, great location. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of renovations and upgrades, nice decor.
