Smoke Odor Took the Shine Off

The apartment is very spacious, and the location is perfect—the city center is within walking distance, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The company managing the apartment was very helpful. We had to pick up the keys from another building close by, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.

As soon as I walked in, I was hit by a strong, suffocating smell of cigarette smoke that couldn’t be aired out—it was deeply embedded in the walls. The mattress on the bed was thin and soft, sinking in the middle, while the pillow was high and hard. The blackout curtain on the bedroom window barely blocked any light, so it was already bright by 4:30 AM. The kitchen could use more basic equipment—a coffee maker, for example, would be very useful. There are no hooks or hangers anywhere in the apartment, so we had to dry our towels on door handles. The entire place could really use a fresh coat of paint, as the walls are dirty, and maybe that would help reduce the unbearable cigarette smell as well. The area around the building is littered with trash, and the outdoor parking doesn’t feel very safe due to the neighborhood. It’s a shame, because the apartment itself is actually quite nice—but it’s clear that basic things are being neglected, which really affects the overall experience.

Only think that we needed to take the key from another steet, but it was not too far. Like 150metres.

Duże mieszkanie, słoneczne

Żelazko, zasłona łazienkowa, niektóre żarówki, rolety w sypialni wymagają zmiany. Podobnie materac - bardzo niewygodny. Słońce od rana świeci w sypialni. Brakuje mikrofalówki.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum Łóżko w sypialni wygodne

Ogólnie "apartament" odbiega od tego co pokazane na zdjęciach i nie warte 740 zł za dwie noce. Trochę jak za PRLu. Ciemne kiepskie oświetlenie. Drzwi wejściowe wyglądają jak po próbie włamania. Co było dość niepokojące... Do tego czasem się zacinały przy próbie otwarcia. Telewizor jest ale dość leciwy i czasem odmawiał posłuszeństwa lub bardzo kiepski odbierał. Kuchnia kiepsko wyposażona: Brak porządnej lodówki. Zamiast niej jakaś mała dostawiona na blacie i nocą głośna niczym auto odpalone pod oknem. Brak choćby kuchenki mikrofalowej co raczej jest standardem. Czajnik dość mocno zniszczony i nie zachęcał do używania. Brak jakichkolwiek wieszaków na kurtki czy cokolwiek. Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience. Choć ogólnie łazienka ok. Parking pod blokiem - nie znalazłem wolnego miejsca. Choć i tak wolałem postawić auto kawałek dalej na parkingu publicznym płatnym. Bo pod blokiem parking ciemny i kompletnie nieoświetlony. "Widok na ogród" w opisie to chyba żart - na auta i duże drzewa zabierające jeszcze więcej światła w mieszkaniu... Łóżko w sypialni - prześcieradło już swoje przeszło i miejscami brudne. Powinno iść do wymiany. Także ogólnie nie polecam. Na pewno nie za tą cenę...
