We were travelling with our 13 year old son and requested a double bed and a sofa bed, bedroom for main double was in another flat and sofa bed was down the stairs in a separate room, not great at all and far from ideal to have our son in a different part of the building , none of this was explained till after our poor check in ! Customer service is shocking

Flats were separated, living room on a separate floor from the bedroom. Not enough towels for the guest, shower was blocked and water flows slowly. Mattresses not comfortable.

In terms of value for money, this place is good. Nothing much wrong for the price you pay.

Check in process isn’t smooth. The listing states check in from 3 but I didn’t get my access code until 3.45 (admittedly I did say my eta was 4 but if check in is 3, that’s when you should have access your access code). Also it would have been good beforehand to have had an email to say that access info arrives via WhatsApp as not everyone will use WhatsApp

Excellent communication from staff before, during and after stay. Accommodation exceeded my expectations, I was very impressed. Very modern, safe and secure, comfortable and great location.
