When is a hotel not a hotel? This is a modern building with eight rooms over two floors. There is no reception etc, just staff to clean and a host who appears to offer the keys etc. The rooms are done in a minimalist harsh style, bare concrete walls and zinc furnishing. The shower is just an electric unit on the wall. The bed was super comfortable and the location excellent. For a no frills experience and it was absolutely fine, to the extent that I stayed twice during my trip. But a treat it is not!
The property was fine once I realised their model, which is simple to offer a comfortable, if spartan room, in a good spot with absolutely no amenities, onsite staff or catering. But there are millions of options for food and the Saturday night market was just round the corner. Funky!

This was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel that I have stayed in for a long time. Everything was fantastic.
Brilliantly designed desk that folded away.

The staff is really kind and helpful they made the stay there even better. And the location was great also.
The stairs are a little problematic if you have a heavy suitcase

Great stay at this hotel. Industrial style rooms, and very comfortable bed. Good value for money. I was in need of stay extension, and they managed to transfer me to the other room at other nearby facility.
No breakfast included, but that didn’t bother me much.
