- fantastic location right in the heart of Zagreb, great breakfast from bakery 30 meters from entrance
- if you add the 13€ parking fee to the daily price its still affordable
- comfy beds, dishwasher, nespresso, kind of better design, not the old equipment from your grandma
- good wifi
- communicative owners (although never saw them in real, you just get your entry codes)
- working air conditioning
- you literally stay in a one room cave with three little windows on one wall which you can not open as you get fumes from restaurant kitchen to the flat. Not much of a chance to get fresh air.
- during our stay Aug 25 the building was a construction site under heavy reconstruction, the entrance full of building material, all dusty and dirty, during the day construction workers everywhere, we lost water for last hours of our stay
- the equipment wants to be higher standard yet especially in the bathroom you can see the low quality of installation and already worn out shower
- motion sensor for bathroom light is very bad idea, especially if taking shower during the night
