This was my second stay here. My last night in town upon return from Pahalgam and before leaving for Delhi.
I was welcomed with great warmth.
And my two little suggestions in the previous review were taken care of!!!

Excellent breakfast! The kitchen serves delicious food.
These are just some suggestions, not complaints:
I was surprised that there was no apple in the fruit platter. The hotel might also want to include some local bread from the traditional bakeries.

The staff was excellent. The manager Javaid Ji was great and went out of his way to assist. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.
A little expensive for India but still a good value.

The room service and housekeeping is excellent. The staff is always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast is basic but everything is well made. I would have been happier if my request for plain parantha was fulfilled as there was aloo parantha on the menu.
