The photos are good but the reality is something else entirely. old mattress that absorbs you in the middle it was an unbearable back pain

I am completely dissatisfied and what’s worse was, you took my money!

I didn’t stay because I couldn’t get in. When I arrived NO ONE was at the desk. It was dark …..and when a tenant went in I asked them about the property and they knew nothing of a Sleepover!!!!

I never stayed!!!!!

The Air conditioners in both rooms didn’t work properly. We could not find the WiFi on the tv for the code we had.

The location was very Good to downtown. I was glad the Apartment was Clean with a coffee maker, stove, fridge, dishes/pots and pans if I needed to cook in the kitchen.

There was no one from Apartment owner / building staff to meet us to get "Key"; I did arrive much later then I expected ( I came from Cleveland, OH ~ a good amount traffic & construction barriers on highway) .. The Lock box / Key code was not included in the Confirmation email sent. I had to text the Apartment owner for details, no one would answer the phone call of the number provided. There was nothing "Upscale" about the Apartment or the Building it was in. The couch was stained and dirty. The bed mattress seemed old / lumpy.

Strongly do not recommend this place, please avoid choosing it. The customer service personnel promised to attend to the issues, but during my two-night stay, they never showed up.

The room's cleanliness was extremely poor. The floor was sticky, covered in dust and hair, and even the coffee machine had moldy coffee residue. There were noticeable stains on the bedspread and sheets. This place is truly unclean and extremely frightening.

Cute place but would benefit if there was cozy furniture.

The apartment was nice and clean. Bed was big and comfortable. Close to the ballpark.

We booked for 3 people. Our daughter slept on the couch, which is fine, but it was super uncomfortable and needed a good cleaning.

couldn’t stay there in postpandemic era this filthy place scares me

nothing really! I didn’t stay there, I walk in and notice the place is super filthy and I left, forced to rent hotel room. I took pictures of the dirt all over the place including dirty bed sheets. I requested refund and didn’t hear from the owner yet!

Unacceptable Apartment Experience: Confusing Instructions and Filthy Conditions

My recent stay at an apartment was an absolute disappointment. The check-in instructions were a mess and arrived after the check-in time and I had to ask for it! The elevator was out of order, and to make it worse, I wasn't informed beforehand. The apartment's cleanliness was appalling, with sticky floors, dirty plates in the dishwasher, and stained furniture. This experience was unacceptable. The management needs to get their act together, improve communication, address maintenance issues, and clean up their act. Don't waste your time or money here.

Don’t trust this rent location or use Booking.com

We COULD NOT get in the key box was open and there was NO KEY. We called and emailed the property with NO RESPONSE! Then called and emailed booking.com. No Help - except to tell us we would get a cancellation fee for place we couldn’t use!! Now telling us no refund!

There was no key - zero customer service- a lot of aggravation and your charging us for room we couldn’t use and we had to purchase another place to stay.

Fair value but not totally accurately described.

Close to bus and downtown. Didn’t encounter any weirdos on the property. Mostly college age kids.

Broken blinds in bedroom need repaired. Shower wasn’t clean.

Your lucky if I ever use Upscale Downtown Apartments again.

The room had heat and the neighbors were quiet.

The registration process. Computers can only do so much. Computers cannot solve every probnlem. It's best to have humans register guest. Your web page jump around causing frustration and inaccurate registration on both ends of the registration process.

I didn’t read the fine details when making the booking and missed the cleaning fee, which is nearly the cost of a night’s stay. I wish this would have been more up front - as total costs rather than per night- when searching
