The pool was great. The grounds were lovely. I’d pick a different unit next time due to the stairs.

The stairs

Entrance to the condo used a narrow residential spiral staircase. This made it extremely difficult to carry luggage up and down. This access issue was not identified in the property description. Very disappointed.

Amazing bath tub. The property and location are beautiful!

Blinds were very dusty. Had allergies during stay.

the closet was not useable as it had no hangers for clothes and was used as a supply closet for the cleaning supplies for the maids. looking for a blanket I found one rarely used storage area with ‘ice melt’ etc our apartment felt like it was not a prepared unit. staff were friendly and quickly responsive when we couldn’t get the tv to work. we should have been told during the booking that this is a 3 story unit with steep stairs as only access. I requested “ground floor” but was told only that my request could not be accommodated. overall our booking was not a good experience. no instructions in room how to operate the tv nor the old fashioned phone.

very quiet, also clean,the whole set up we really enjoyed and pretty.
